I will share what we did, because it’s an incredible success story. We used an existing tax loophole where if you sell your primary residence (after having lived there at least two years) you get to keep your profit tax-free. So, we stair-stepped. People made fun of us for moving so much, but who’s laughing now? 😉 Oh, and our child only had to change schools once (and we wanted to anyway) because we stayed in the same general area as we moved around. We were careful not to disrupt his life too much.

Out of that $1,600, you have to pay $1,000 for the mortgage, $250 for property taxes, and $150 for maintenance and insurance. A final $160 – 10% of the rent – goes to a property manager to take care of the house and deal with problems when they crop up. All this cuts your monthly profit down to a mere $40 – hardly enough to pay all your own bills.
So it’s awesome to hear you’re out there promoting other programs. When it comes to those in-house programs, I absolutely agree. One reason I think they’re incredibly lucrative is just the flexibility that you have with them. You’ll usually be dealing with decision makers that can make special changes to their funnel to meet your website needs even better.
